Bluetooth not working

I've just finally downloaded MuseScore 4, but so far it has refused to play out of any Bluetooth devices that have been connected to my PC. I've tried everything, but it continues to play out of the internal speakers even if the Bluetooth device stays connected. How can I fix this?
