converting file from Musescore 3.6 to 4.0 Playback is echoing and not playing at tempo
I converted a simple score to Musescore4.0 and also downloaded the new MuseSounds in MuseHub.
I selected the MuseHub instruments individually and the playback sounds like it's echoing and not playing at the selected tempo.

Try some of these settings. https://musescore.org/en/node/339915
Tempo is correct on my system. By echo you mean too much reverb? That isn't adjustable, yet.

Thanks for the quick response. I think the screen shot you sent me is for Apple.
I'm running on Windows 10. I could not find a screen in the system settings that matched yours.

It's Windows.
Open a score. Select Edit ( top left of the screen). Then Preferences. Then I/O. Set it to 4096
You also have a speaker icon in the lower right section of the task bar. Or the icon may be hidden. Select the up arrow in the task bar to see if the speaker is there.
