MS 4 did not start right after istallation under Win 7 Pro
I've just installed MuseScore 4.0 under Windows 7 Pro.
After starting it I got the message that MFPutWaitingWorkItem could not be found in MFPlat.DLL
What's going wrong?

Microsoft and MuseScore 4 stopped supporting Windows 7 and 8.1. MuseScore 4 needs Windows 10 or later

Is it possible to install MS4 under Linux Mint?

The AppImage should be pretty distribution-agnostic
I'd see it as a bug that the installation even starts rather to refuse with an approrpriate error message
