Fix corrupted file when I can't find 'Show Details'

First time posting so forgive me if there's an answer elsewhere.
I have a file that flags as corrupted when I open it, but isn't so bad that I can't work on it. However there are a few measures that ramdomly delete notes every time I reopen, or have way too many beats in it no matter how many times I fix it. I've looked at the Musescore 'How to fix a score that contains corruptions' but cannot find the 'Show Details' section.
I also tried uploading the music to musescore.com, and it didn't give me anything useful either. Is there any way to get rid of the corruption?
