Musescore 4 File Corruption

So, from what I have gathered, this does seem to be prominent with using MS4, but I've also found solutions. Well, I've tried exporting my score into both musicXML and xml from MS4, extracting xml from a file extractor (WinZIP), and then opening that in MS3. What was being said was that when doing this, it would show that the file is corrupted and you would be able to see the measures. However, when I opened my score, it opened fine. It didn't show any error message. I'm kinda lost now, so Imma ask for some assistance.
