MuseScore 4.0.1 does not display stem of some notes

Hi,

Thanks for all your work and time you invest in developing/maintaining MuseScore :-)

Here the problem:
I created a score for drums with the new MuseScore 4.0. Today I updated to 4.0.1, opened the score again and recognized the following issues:

a)
The stem of some notes is missing, and the orientation of some stems has changed:

b)
In the score I had a bar, that was displayed over the complete page width, to describe the notation. With the new version the bar is "compressed" and the system text that was placed side by side is now aligned in different lines:

The score is attached, in case it is needed for analyzing the issues: Guns N' Roses - Don´t cry.mscz

Here the detailed info about the used version:
OS: Windows 10 Version 2009, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.1-230121751, revision: 9b70a8c

Thanks for the reply. I opened the same file with the following nighly build from 2023-01-16 05:31:

OS: Windows 10 Version 2009, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.1-230160506, revision: 9b70a8c

There the mentioned stems of some notes are also missing. I hope this feedback helps the developers.
