Please help! Adding more playback sounds to a drum set

I am writing a solo percussion piece for marching tenor drums plus kick drum, 5 temple blocks, and cowbell. I would like to be able to hear the whole thing in playback, but since I manually added the kick drum and temple block notes to the MDL tenors using the "edit drumset" in the note editor, there is obviously no playback sound assigned to them. There are great wood block and kick drum samples that are assigned to other instruments, but I would like to be able to hear those sounds without adding a second instrument staff. I'm still using Musescore 3 since the drumline extension has not yet been added to 4.
