Adding Syncopic Pedal

I want a pedal sign to work on the whole bar but without any lines or stars, only the Ped. sign. It would be cool to add it in the Pedal tab.
P.S. Syncopic Pedal is when you type pedal without any lines or stars, when next Pedal sign appears it \signs to change the pedal.
