You might search the Internet for a sountfont that includes a 'Reco-Reco'. Also, maybe there is a sound in the default instruments library with MS3, that sounds close to a 'Reco-Reco'. There is no cajon in the MS3 instruments library, so I used a congo instrument, that passes for now, until I find a soundfont with cajon instrument sounds.

An Internet search of "download soundfont" gives:
https://www.zanderjaz.com/downloads/soundfonts/
https://www.producersbuzz.com/category/downloads/download-free-soundfon…
https://trisamples.com/free-soundfonts/
and this appears to be a helpful tool with soundfonts:
https://www.polyphone-soundfonts.com/
Now you'll have to search for the instrument you want, or something that comes close.
i saw the properties on a sheet music with reco-reco, and i saw the real name is güiro. idk if its in the library
