MFPlat.dll issue

I downloaded and installed MuseScore v 4.0.1.2 on my Windows -7 64 bit. There were no problem during instalation itself. But when I clicked "Run the software" - the following alert was shown: "MPPutWaitforWorkThen did not find an entry point in MFPlat.dll" (OK) and after clicking OK the program finished even not running even once. How to resolve this issie?
