Issues and possible bugs with my score

I'm relatively new to using musescore, so forgive me if this is easy stuff to fix.

Linked above is the concert band arrangement of the piece Journey from the game Destiny 2, which is the score I am having issues with.
The most noticeable issue is that some of the notes in the tuba 1 part are holding indefinitely, on the website, mobile app, and the score itself. I am currently unable to figure out why, as all the notes and rhythms themselves are correct.
For some reason, I can't seem to change the name of the piece from what is is right now to something more simple, like "Journey from Destiny 2 for concert band," or something similar.
In addition, when I went to clean up the dynamic markings and make them look nicer, I noticed there are at east several parts that do not show the dynamics in the individual parts, but appear in the whole score. They're not marked to be invisible.
Finally, I noticed that even after updating the score, the description of the piece is inaccurate in listing the parts, while the parts drop down menu is accurate. For example, the description has two extra oboes and an extra tuba part, which may be related to the first issue, but I can't see a third tuba part anywhere on my end.
Help with any of these issues would be greatly appreciated!
