Crescendos and Decrescendos wont show

Crescendos and Decrescendos wont show when exporting a score as a PDF file or a PNG image. The first image should is an exported png of the first violin part, which should have a decrescendo in measure 19. The second image is the full score which has the decrescendo. I appreciate the help.

Also I couldn't get a PDF file to download from the musescore.com website, I kept getting a blank file in return.
