Musehub Sounds library not shared between users - Deploying Musescore

Hi,
I'm trying to deploy musescore and the musehub sounds across 30 macs in the school.
Musehub and Musescore are installed but when I add the sounds using Musehub it only installs if for that user.
I need the sounds to be accessed by all the users on the Mac.
Is there anyone that can help.
If there is a fix, ideally I'd like to script it so it can be deployed using JamF.
