Making Sheets for Movie Scores

Hey there ! Do you have any idea if clever solutions have already been found in Mu4 to make Movie Scores ?
Otherwise, the only solution I have in mind are extremely painful and time consumming (ex : having to "select -> V" every rest to make them invisible on an orchestral conductor or having to make each needed time signatures by hand messing with the inspector one by one)...
