MuseScore 4 locks up on launch

For the last two weeks, M4 locks up when launched, whether from the Muse Hub or directly. There is no response on anything on the window. To close the window, I have to close MS4 via the Task Manager. Before these two weeks, I was able to run MS4 without this issue, even though it had crashed a few times.

Interesting, though, opening a second instance of MS4 by right clicking on the Taskbar icon, that instance of MS4 works as it should, although the first instance remains locked up.

I am running the latest Windows 11 version and have uninstalled / reinstalled MS4 several times - no changes.
Any means to correct the issue?
