File opening error

Dear reader,

Just now, I tried to open my musescore file but it gave an error, and said musescore 3 wasn't able to read it. When I tried musescore 4, it said the same, but that the file was damaged. Although the file is still on my computer, I can't open it on any app. Is there a way to recover it?
