Supplanting default grand piano chord symbols sound in playback, with another instrument sound

In version 3 I used to be able to swap out the inherent grand piano playback sound for chord symbols, to say, vibraphone, and was quite happy with that utility for what modest things I do. Where is this utility in version 4, now that I've been permanently shifted over to using 4 (thanks to someone's ver. 4 output that I was denied opening in ver. 3; yes, that backwards incompatibility thing ;-) ?
