I need help, is there a way to select just one complete track right from the beginning to the end without just one bar at a time?

I guess you mean you want to select a single staff.
Click on the first note or rest in the staff then use keyboard shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+END (for MAC use CMD instead of CTRL)
