Only Selected Measure Highlight

I want to highlight one measure. Or Only 4 measures to take attention of the player for a spesific section. Not the notes or not the contents or the stuff lines. I want to highlight only selected 1 measure just like we do it on the hardcopy with a highlighter pen. Please help. This is important for practising abilities.
