MS4 Caesura pauses the scrolling indicator, but not the music
Regardless of the type of caesura, when inserted it creates a pause in the blue scrubber but not the sound output.

This is indeed a bug, reported i n October 2022:

For now, you have to follow the workaround provided by Marc Sabatella in that thread:
"... copy the measure then paste it back onto itself (because copy/paste is basically a write and read using the same code as save/reload)"
