How to force the last measure to be flush with the right margin of the preceding staffs?
How can I tell MuseScore to spread out the measures of the score so that the last measure is always flush with the right margin of the preceding staffs? Better yet, make the last grouping of staffs be always at the bottom of the page.

Never mind. I was able to fix it by using Format—>Stretch—>Increase Layout Stretch.

A better way:
Format > Style ... > Page > Last system fill threshold (reduce it from default 30% to 10% or less)
