Part name change not reflected in mixer names

I've opened someone else's score where all the names of the instruments were in french. I've changed them to english via the "part / stave properties" option (right click on part / stave name) but the mixer still shows the french names.

I've also tried changing the instrument sound font used and the mixer still shows the old name.

Is it possible to change this ?
