I've been experimenting with microtones recently and I think it would be really cool to add half flats and half sharps to musescore :)

Like these? You currently have to adjust each note's pitch manually, however for playback, There is/are plugin(s) for 3.x but not ported to 4.x yet. If you have any programming skills you can have a go.
