Repeats are not used in replay after a Da Capo

There are a couple of repeats in my play, namely [B] and [C] sections and they are properly repeated the first time around. But you'll notice a "D.C al Fine" at the end of the play which also properly restarts at the top but does NOT take those repeats into account the second time around. I've tried both the repeats signs from the "Barlines" and "Jumps" panel (in the hope that was a duplication bug) but to no avail.
