Colour Notes - but not automatically.
Is there a plugin that allows you to colour notes as you like? I'm trying to track multiple voices in a fugue and that would be very useful.
Perhaps there's some other method people use?

I adapted the colornotes plugin to color all notes in the selection blue. Feel free to adapt it.

It didnt seem to work as I expected. I installed it and it appeared in my plugin manager. But it still colours according to note - not all selection turning blue.

Are you on MU3.6? This is a MU3.6 plugin. Try running it via the Plugins > Plugin Creator window. In that window choose open File, make a selection in your score & run. Or post a score here...
EDIT: It's impossible that you are getting more than 1 color if you are running blue.qml
