Downloaded Score Video Doesn't Show Entire Page and Uses MS Basic Instead of MuseSounds

its pretty much what i said in the title. my three marching scores for an original show are using ms basic sounds when i upload them even though i use musesounds. also, the video doesnt show the entire page, only showing about half

i already posted about this around 3 hours ago and no one replied. im hoping someone knows how to navigate these issues
