We edit our shortcuts (ZOOM ONLY SCROLLING option)
We realy need zoom w only scroll wheell, cuz we cant easily move the page with holding cick.. scroll up and down not make sense in this case..

Can you explain your use case in more detail? It's called "scroll wheel" for a reason, after all - it's how it universally expected to work across applications. Zoom is done with Ctrl plus scroll wheel, or keyboard shortcuts.
