Hey, I'm working on an arrangement and after reopening my piece after an hour break, the file claims to be corrupted, showing

Sorry, that file is empty, in that each byte is value 00.
In your file browser, turn on display of hidden files, and look in the /mscbackup folder for a similarly-named backup file. Remove the period and tilde from the file name and try that. Also if you are using a cloud sync device like OneDrive (as most Windows users are), it can restore older versions.
