Sound issue with downloaded files

Hello
I have a Lenovo laptop with windows 11.
I have installed Musescore 4, when I play a partiture online within Musescore, it sounds perfectly, but when I reproduce it on my laptop, after the download, I always hear an echo and the sound is disturbed.
For your info the music sound on you tube and others is perfect.
