realize chord symbols

Used to be, when I chose Realize Chord Symbols from the Tools menu, a dialogue box would pop up, asking me to choose a style. Now there's no dialogue box and no choices, it just realizes each chord in the most basic way, period. Is there still a way to choose the style for realizing chords?

What version of MuseScore? In the current version - 4.0.2 - the dialog always appears. In older versions, the dialog would appear when you invoke the command from the context (right-click) menu, but not when using the Tools menu.

Note that the default isn't necessarily "the most basic" way, it's whatever you have set as the actual style for chord symbols in your style settings and/or the chord symbol properties themselves. So really, the best way to control the playback is to set those same options in the Properties panel and possibly set them as the style for the score. Then you won't need to override them in the realize dialog - or, indeed, use the realize dialog at all unless you are wanting to edit the voicing or rhythm.
