Need dotted 1/8 and dotted 1/2 notes added to toolbar in MuseScore 4
I need dotted 1/8 and dotted 1/2 notes added to toolbar in MuseScore 4. There is no9 way to add them.

Enter an eighth note or a half note (or a whole note, or a quarter note). Then click on the icon that looks like a quarter note with a dot. This isn't a dotted quarter note but a representation of adding an augmentation dot to a note of any duration.
