Glissando moving after adding dynamic to different stave - unable to report bug

For some reason, whenever I add dynamics to my marimba, the glissando in my synth moves to a different spot (visually it even moves to a different instrument).

Additionally, I can't seem to report the bug using the issue tracker. There is no way for me to add a new issue. All of the pages that should have the 'add issue' button simply doesn't have one from what I can see.
