Tie
I can’t get the “T” shortcut to work on my laptop (ThinkPad running Windows). That’s an upper case T, right? And should the shortcut also work if I want to first select two adjacent same-value notes and tie them?

If by "same value" you mean "same pitch" it should work with unshifted t.

Yes, that’s what I meant! And thanks for the assistance. Unshifted t does the trick.
