Midi files/scores from MS 3 get messed up on MS 4

Like, first off, why would you release such a big update such as MS 4 if there are so many issues with it still?? that is just unprofessional.

Anyways, I cant seem to transfer scores from MS 3 to MS 4 without having the dynamic sound (Which is almost all set to "user") getting fkd up. It like automatically sets it to "offset" again, and I do NOT want to have to go through 156 pages of music to redo all of this.
