Add an aeoliphone to MS 4

I'm probably the only one who wants this, but I must have it lol!

And aeoliphone (eoliphone) can basically be described as standard "blowing wind" sound effects, but it is an instrument and I wish to have it. An example of such is Messiaen "Canyons" very early in the piece, it uses this instrument.

I suppose even if a simple sound effect of this can be made, that would satisfy me too, but either or the better.

Now you see all these other losers making their own non original sounding music, but I require this instrument as I need it in my orchestra. I am a Non-conformist musician, and I would love this feature.
