I am wondering if there is a way I can email a copy of a hymn I transposed to another musician in our church? She used to transpose our hymns then I took over; if I lose one of her scripts I have been able to ask her to print another one, but she is moving away soon and I'm wondering if we are able to share with each other.

Yes, you can email most things. Just ensure that the recipient can read it. If it's MuseScore, ask them to run the same version of MuseScore as you, if it's PDF ensure that they have a PDF reader.
You can also share access to files by using services such as Google Drive, One Drive.
