Overwritten original file
Recently I just finished a writing a piece and overwrote the score with a different one, how do I get the original score back it’s not in my trash and I can’t do a Time Machine back up

Be aware first, that it's fairly likely that you cannot get it back. It's obviously not in your Trash: you didn't delete it. Instead, you made some changes to the file and saved it with the changes. In this case, you changed everything in the file and saved it. Over-writing a file is the one mistake that you usually can't recover from.
