I was making a piece signed out but when i signed in, the piece got deleted. Can i recover it?

MuseScore never deletes your scores. Assuming you saved it, then you can find it in the folder you saved it to, with the name you gave it. Of course, if you closed MuseScore without saving, then there is nothing to delete - the file was never there to begin with.
