4.02 Bug: playback is absolutely broken

I have a couple of issues happening with playback and editing in 4.02 that are making the software really difficult, if not impossible to use. The first is that when I hit play, my first note (and sometimes other random ones too) will spontaneously turn into 16th durations, and then when that doesn't happen, it does..... whatever this is: https://clipchamp.com/watch/bepnbnnUEQR
