Norton 360 supports excesssive outbound network traffic, Muse Service se4ems to be the culprit

I got an alert from Norton that a process on my own machine was constantly sending outbound traffic. This has happened once before and both times since MuseScore 4.0.2 was installed. I kill the Muse background process that runs all the time even when I'm not running the software and the traffic load goes away.
