Shifting multiple bars the same measure

• Jun 14, 2023 - 10:47

I don't know how to word it properly, English isn't my first language and perhaps that's why I couldn't find a solution. I have a sheet generated by software and the problem is that one is not where it's supposed to be. Each bar begins with the equivalent of an eight note which should belong to the previous bar. So instead:
|1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and|1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and|
I have
|and 1 and 2 and 3 and 4|and 1 and 2 and 3 and 4|
Being new to musescore I have figured out that I can simply split and join bars (Tools/bars) where appropriate but to do this manually for each bar would be a tedious process.

Thanks in advance

I am no native speaker, too. :-)
Split and join bars is more intendet for special use.

I think it is better to use copy and past as shown in the pic.

Select the range (click on the first note, Shift-click on the last note) and insert it in the rest of beat 1.
