If you're referring to DOS SCORE, this is not possible directly. (I was tempted to write a converter as an insane-but-fun hobby project, but it would be a lot of work!)
There is a program by Jan de Kloe that converts SCORE files to MusicXML. I've never used it myself so I don't know how well it works, or if it's even still available, but it would be one possible route.
