Sorry ... found it in my notes:
Add a pedal line from the lines Pallet (Pedal witrh ped and line)
Open the inspector ( F8 ) then change
keyboardPedalPed
to
keyboardPedalSost
The line can be drag edited to be hidden or made longer.
So ... problem solved!
