Multi-bar rests incorrect
Pressing M just removes and replaces the same multi-bar rests. This arrangement is full of these incorrect multi-bar rests.
Also, though not as important, the names of parts do not update in the tabs as the instruments names are changed.

Score needed, but most probably there's a good reason why the mm-rests are being interrupted

I just realised it's only in the Eb Cl. Part.

Any thoughts how the score got into this state?
I can see there is a hidden clarinet 1 in Bb in the main score which is also hidden in the Eb Clarinet part, but that seems to have an effect on the multimeasurerests.

It's to double the Eb part, in case players don't have an Eb clarinet. Therefore it doesn't need to be in the score.

I can't find what has got you in this situation. There seems to be something happening with staves linked in some weird way.
Creating a new Eb Clarinet part seems to work fine and shows the multimeasurerest correct.
It would be nice if you remember how the score was setup, which steps you performed to add the instruments, so we can try to replicate and get to the bottom of what has caused this.
