Is it possible to copy and paste just one voice from a part?
Hi!
Is there any way to copy and paste just one voice instead of both voices, in the case of parts with two voicings (the soprano and alto)? I'm a college student working on four-part writing. I am very familiar with Musescore but have not come across this feature yet, if it exists.

Yes, check out View / Selection filter, and for more info, the page on selection in the Basics chapter of the online Handbook.

Other way: add an alto staff directly below, select the complete staff Soprano/Alto and use Tools/Explode.
