Where is the MIDI Ports/channels configuration in MU4 ?
In MU3, one could configure the channels and ports to receive the MIDI commands.
Where is it gone in MU4 ? The handbook couldn't help on that.

What's the mapping ? Instrument 1 to Channel 1, Instrument 2 to Channel 2, ... ?

Presumably, although there might be multiple channels for multiple staves. You can presumably figure that out by experimenting with your external device. Since program changes are sent, it normally shouldn't be too important which channels actually get chosen.

Actually, it seems that voices are sent to different channels but not instruments....
I wrote a few measures of a duo flute/clarinet: both are sent to channel 1. But the second voices are not sent to channel 1 (I didn't push the experience to identify to which channel they are pushed). I'll summarize this in a forthcoming issue on GitHub.
