I I go into text and then enter Roman numerals but it doesn't play them I don't know why

I don't think Romamn Numerals play. You will have to enter regular chord symbols. (but I might be wrong)

This isn't really feasible, since RNA is so much more complicated than chord symbols - rotating all the various tonicizations, modulations, the different ways scale degrees are represented for minor scales, etc. Chord symbols are much simpler to play because the root is specified directly, as is the quality, every time.
