Dynamics are not showing on some parts of a score
Dynamics just doesn't show up exporting the individual instrument parts! For example: the dynamics that bassoon 1 does not appear in bassoon 2.

An image on its own is not helpful. You need to attach the actual score (.mscz file), otherwise nobody can investigate your problem.
As a total guess, perhaps the Bassoon 1 is generated as Voice 1 (with dynamics entered against Voice 1). And Bassoon 2 is generated as Voice 2 (where there is no dynamic associated with Voice 2).
