Musescore 4 Hub installation crash

Hello. I try to update from Musescore 3 to 4 via "Check for updates". Downloading goes fine, and MuseHub gets installed. Then it opens it's window and crashes with:

Muse Hub Critical Error
Layout cycle detected. Layout could not complete.

I have stopped Hub process and uninstalled Hub from control panel, rebooted etc but nothing helps. After new download the same happens again and again. No tricks I am aware help. All references to the error message I managed to find refer to source code or Visual Studio issues, for which I have no expertice.

Is there a solution for this? If not, is there a way to install and use Musescore 4 straight without Hub?
