Shift/moving a note
Hello, it would be important to add the possibility, using a shortcut, to shift a note or chord by a time to a measure because cutting/pasting is quite precarious. Thank you!

Can you explain what you mean in more detail? Cut/paste should be completely safe, and also very efficient and accurate because you can specific exactly how many notes you want to move and exactly where you want to move them, with no guesswork required.

I really think this function transform Musescore to be more fluid and less rigid.
Can I talk to a dev to eventually (this will of course depend on the cost) paid to make this feature on a plug in? 🙂

There isn't any sort of "bounty" program for user-suggested features - all users with coding experiencing are always welcome to develop new features. So if someone reading this finds it a good idea, they may well choose to implement it and then submit a "pull request" to get it reviewed and considered for inclusion.
